We believe that making meaningful plans should be like making a collaborative work of art.
Art in Praxis is an organization development practice leveraging creativity in the work of transformation in organizations and communities. Utilizing systems theory, lessons from the field, and creative methodologies, we support people and organizations in creatively adapting, prioritizing and scaling their work for greater impact.
In addition to providing consulting services, this is as a creative lab for production, prototyping and exchange. We develop creative strategies and popular education tools for healthier and more sustainable organizations, networks, and coalitions in the social sector ecosystem.
Art in Praxis is led by Jessica Solomon.
We vision a world where we’ve co-created the conditions for organizations and communities to adapt, create, and find solutions for themselves.
We imagine a world where artists are always in conversation with social change organizations, together cultivating more open and creative places to work and live.
WE WORK IN THE SOCIAL SECTOR ECOSYSTEM.
WE partner WITH PROGRESSIVE INSTITUTIONS, NONPROFITS, ENTERPRISES, NETWORKS, FUNDERS & INDIVIDUALS.
Our partners and clients are interested in having more capacity to do great work. They understand that there has never been a more opportune – and urgent – moment to leverage new ways of thinking in the practice of planned change for individual, and organizational growth.
